UNITED STATES HELSINKI COMMISSION

An independant agency of the United States Government charged with monitoring and encouraging compliance with the Helsinki Final Act and other commitments of the 55 countries participating in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
DANIEL R. REDFIELD- Serving as Director of Administration, Mr. Redfield joined the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe in 2006. His primary areas of responsibility are as budget officer, advance coordinator, and personnel and contract administrator.  He provides technical and logistical support, including communications assistance. He graduated with a Business Administration degree from Loyola College in Maryland.
